Begin by chaining in multiples of 4 plus 3 stitches.
Row 1: Sc in the second chain from the hook and each ch across, turn.
Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as your first dc), *skip the next st, dc in the next 3 st’s, go back to the skipped stitch and work a dc* Repeat from * to * , dc in the last st, turn
Row 3: Ch1, sc in 1st st as ch1 is and in each st all across, turn
Repeat rows 2-3 until you have reached your desired lengh.
