Braided Lace Stitch is a simple but beautiful lace pattern. It uses chain stitches, double and single crochets so anyone can create this easy pattern.
Chain in multiples of 2
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook, 1 sc in each ch all across, turn.Row 2: Ch 1, sc in first st as ch1 is, *ch 5, skip next st, sc in next st, rep from * all across, turn.
Row 3: Ch 3, sc in the center ch of next ch5 loop, *ch 1, sc in center ch of next ch5 loop, rep from * all across, dc in last sc, turn.
Row 4: Ch 1, sc in first st as ch1 is, sc in next st, *sc in next ch1 space, sc in next st, rep from * all across, sc into the last turning ch, turn.
Repeat rows 1 – 3 until you will reach your desired length.
